Apply as an agency

Access to production Agency API credentials goes through an approval queue, not instant self-service — API access is tied to a wallet-funded OnDgo tenant account, so we verify each applicant before enabling integration. Eligible tenant types​

The Agency API is available to these OnDgo tenant types:

  • Agency
  • Merchants
  • Hotel
  • Planner

Airline and government tenant types are not part of this program — those integrations use a separate, direct relationship.

How to apply​

Submit your application directly — no account rep needed to get started:

businessType must be one of the eligible types above. website/contactMiddleName/ contactJobTitle are optional; everything else is required. A 409 means an application for this businessEmail is already under review — no need to resubmit.

What happens next​

An OnDgo admin reviews your application and either approves it (provisioning your production tenant and wallet) or rejects it with a reason. There's currently no self-service status check — you'll be contacted at the email you provided either way. Once approved, continue to Generate an API key.
